1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: We want you to be happy with your purchase. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
2. How to Start a Return: Please do not send items back without contacting us first. To start a return:
- Email us at stonegateretailers@gmail.com with your Order ID.
- We will send you a Return Authorization and the correct return address.
- Ship the item back to our US facility.
3. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 2 business days), we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for your bank to process the credit.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Defective/Damaged Items: We will provide a prepaid shipping label.
- Changed Mind: If you simply changed your mind, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
5. Non-Returnable Items: For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened personal care items, software, or hazardous materials.
