Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time: We know you want your order fast. All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday) from our US facility. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States.

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 Business Days.
  • Carriers: We use trusted carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS to ensure your package arrives safely.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or severe weather.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Where We Ship: We ship to physical street addresses within the United States. At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or international locations.

5. Damages & Lost Packages: If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and send you a replacement or refund.
